Our device
The procedure to ferment the waste takes 3-4 weeks, which is much faster than the natural fermentation period. This is due to the constant movement of the machine and the humidity of the water. After 2 months it is fully ripe.
Whereas with natural fermentation, e.g. via a compost heap, the compost, with a good decomposition process, is usually semi-ripe after two to three months.
Wooden frame
The wooden frame is the base of it all. A modern design to go with beautiful green gardens.
Plexiglass and metal
The plexiglass has the shape of a spinning wheel, which consists out of several departments on the outside. By filling these departments with water, the wheel spins at a slow pace.
On the inside, metal pieces are attached. Through movement of the wheel, the biological waste spins around and by passing the metal, the composting process is accelerated.
Fountain
The fountain fills the plexiglass departments with water. This causes it to spin and the composting process is initiated.
Solar panel
The fountain is powered by solar energy from the solar panel. The energy (12V) ensures that the entire system goes into operation.
